Here at the Masri Health and Wellness Center we like to make our patients feel comfortable when seeing me. Here is a real testimonial from my recent patient Michele O. I was recommended to Dr. Masri by my daughter. She works for Dr. Golz as a Massage Therapist. Initially I started having a problem with my wrist. It became increasingly more painful at my job after hours of re-entering dental information that I had lost as a result of a computer crash. Mean while, 4-5 days a week I was working out at a gym. The wrist became so bad, I stopped going to the gym, hoping the rest would help. But it did not. I made an appointment with a hand specialist and the Doctor told me it was absolutely Carpal Tunnel. I was advised to have a nerve test done. At this point, an appointment was made for me to see Dr. Masri. After discussing my symptoms and doing an exam on my hand and wrist it was concluded that I may have some Carpal Tunnel, but not a full blown case. (Because I did not exhibit any symptoms of Carpal Tunnel; no numbness, no tingling, and my fingers did not fall asleep at bedtime). I had Tendonitis. Dr. Masri did an Ultrasound and he could see the swelling and inflammation. At this time, I was injected with Cortisone. I had always heard that a Cortisone Injection is so painful! I was so relieved when I felt a little pinch and a burning sensation that lasted a few seconds. I felt better immediately. Unfortunately it lasted 24 hours. I did return a few weeks later for another injection. That helped a lot. Dr. Masri would be highly recommended to others in need of his medical help. No one likes to go to the doctor and he makes you feel at ease.
