Here is a GREAT VIDEO From Tony... I know this is a hard hard time of year..... I know... trust me .. I know... did I mention that I know .... lol But still... you do not want to throw away all your hard work over the past 8 weeks. And Trust me, its easy easy to go back... really. When you sit down and thing about it, its just food. Its fuel, we have to enjoy ourselves... but realize that by not having day after day after day or Holidays TREATS this is not punishment.... there is no need to feel deprived, but know that the food is not the end all be all of enjoyment and merriment! Cherish your time with your family and friends focus on that, making memories, spending time, and less on the consumption part. I am going to be working on this too.... its something that I have to work on daily. IN MY MIND.. in my brain. It really is all about exercising the most powerful muscle you have... your mind!
