Here is a tip for all the Push-up Challenge participants from Mike Colaizy, Personal Trainer: Wow, we’re into week #7 and hopefully still going strong. Those of you who backed it off last week should be ready to resume your daily 2 sessions to complete the reps, just keep the sets short (10 to 15 ) to make sure soreness and inflammation are gone. For those who are still feeling strong after opening it up a little last week with bigger sets and less rest between, continue with your present program.
