Here is an elementary puzzle you can find just about anywhere. I post this here to share a little bit about myself. This burr was given to me by a person who changed my life in a special way. I grew up in the poor side of Los Angeles where gang and violence was a big issue in the 90s. I was 11 years old and I was interested in learning the flute. When I was 12, I met the music teacher who changed me for life. We would sight read Bach, a composer who I still find highly interesting. She asked me why I liked Bach so much and my response was simply because I liked how his music came together like a mechanical puzzle. With that being said, she gave me this spherical puzzle, a puzzle she owned as a child. This is when I was introduced to burr puzzles. Till today I keep this puzzle safe, for it has sentimental value. This puzzle is almost 3 times older than I am. Its funny how something so insignificant can change someone for the better in the long run.
