Here is an email that I got this week from one of our awesome campers. She journals her victories each week! 1. My arms are tighter 2. I have better range of motion in my left arm 3. I’m not nauseous at the end of the workout 4. I don’t workout and go back to bed because I’m so tired 5. Some of my shirts that were too tight to go over my hips now do. 6. My ankles seem to be stronger and I wore heels today – we’ll see how long I last 7. I’m logging my food again 8. I’ve lost one pound – only 49 to go This week’s victories are – 1. I wore one of my favorite blouses that had been too tight in the arms but now fits 2. The next size down fits over my legs and hips but just won’t zip comfortably yet 3. I received comments about looking thinner (which is good since I haven’t told everyone I’m doing Boot Camp) 4. I’m down 2.5 pounds – which probably means that I’m exercising frequently enough that my body has decided it’s doesn’t need to be in survival mode and I’m getting rid of the retention. 5. I tried on one of the denim dresses that I wore once and then couldn’t – it fits again – not as comfortably as I’d like but another inch of belly/hips toning and I’m there. 6. My legs are stronger and don’t tire as easily. 7. My balance is improving.
