Here is, hopefully my last, hand out workout! Hand Out Workout 3 10 exercises for 30 seconds work period back to back, repeat 2, 4 or 6 times swapping the sprints and shuttles round and using the plank hold for recovery. Take 30 seconds rest after the plank hold if needed before you repeat!? Sprint Get ups Shuttles Mogul jumps Sprint Long jump Shuttles Borrower squat Sprint Plank hold Give it a go and let me know what you think!? Will be popping up in one of this weeks sessions too!?
