Here is little flow from Pi-Yo this morning. Its my favorite sequence because it attacks where I need to work on my strength, arms and shoulders. Doing Tricep pushups for warm up is so awesome. I am so excited to keep pushing myself with this program and keep pushing play so that I can improve the health of my body!! Working out can feel like torture at times but really it is a benefit to the body! Improving strength, flexibility and eating right are great gifts to my body. Thats why I wake up early and choose to work on things that make me feel weak or incapable of completion. I love this lifestyle and all the growth and learning that has come with it! Thank YOU for following my journey. Your support is very encouraging and motivating!
