Here is my second dog of the day Gnocchi. I have wanted a mastiff since I was little kid. When i started doing research I found the Cane Corso the italian Mastiff. Now Im not going to get into researching breeders for three years and all that I did until I got my Gnocchi. But I;m glad I did. We brought her home and Emery was 6 months old, Gnocchi loved her Emery. We went to Cooks Children Hospital when Gnocchi was 15 months old and she recieved her Delta Society Certification as a Therapy Dog, She visted Juvenile Probation many many times, schools nursing homes, She was a gentle giant. She had a bad habit of swallowing things, like stuffed animals. Whole, She had three obstruction srugeries in two years and last year On December 27th she had her thrid one and did not make it through, I miss her and all we had planned to do in therapy work, My goal was for her to be a forensic interview dog for abused children ans accompany them to court, Dogs have to have IT to be able to do that job and she did, No amount of training can give you that, Miss you Sweet Gnocchi,, Blue Stones Cookin up a storm
