Here is my status for today...and the three things I am grateful for. Be thankful for what you have - and youll end up having more. If you concentrate on what you dont have - you will never ever have enough. DAY TWO...... 1. Greg .....you were my better half for more than half of my life. You have shown me deep agape love. You have shown me deep tormented pain. Both have molded my heart. Both were needed for growth. Both have helped me become who I needed to be at this time. You loved me when no one else did. You provided. You walked with me through youth. You helped me raise three beautiful children. Without you- I would have missed out on the past seventeen years- and what needed to occur in order to be the person who I am today. Thank you for everything. I am grateful for the time we had together. I celebrate your life. I love you- and pray for your success and true happiness for the rest of your life. 2. Chris ....God set you on my path years ago- and I am forever grateful. When the legs of my heart were broken- you encouraged it to dance again. When it was caged- and wounded with broken wings - you encouraged it to fly again. You brought beauty to a barren land. You brought light to perpetual dark. You encouraged this soul to love again. You made me feel and become alive once more. You gave me hope for a future. You opened my eyes to the possibility of family again. May God bless you for taking the chance on a broken individual like me. Thank you that through the brokenness and cracks- you saw the beauty underneath. May God bless your parents for being so loving - welcoming- and Godly. And may God bless your family and your children as they grow in Grace and live out Gods perfect will. You have planted hope and faith. You have removed fear and failure. I love you for exactly who you are- and for everything you have so graciously (tangible and intangible) given to me. Thank you! (Praying for you today) 3. Duckworths ... This serving job introduced me to the worlds most amazing people. It gave me the opportunity to serve and love everyday. The staff (every single one of them) has left a memory on my mind- and a fingerprint on my heart. The same stands for the wonderful customers and regulars that I enjoyed for three years. Duckworths was my home- my family. I miss everyone so very much. I am fortunate and blessed to have had people there who truly took care of me financially- emotionally - and spiritually. I am honored to have worked with such an amazing diverse group of people. You have helped me grow in every way a human can. I love you guys and appreciate you more than you know. I am forever grateful that I had the opportunity to meet you- work with you- and love you. May God abundantly bless each of your lives.
