Here is proof the earth is young. Agnostics here take a look at it. Atheists, I already know your going to deny it. DIRECTLY, what you do is prove the Earth & Universe are young, if theyre young, then that means evolution could not have happened because evolution requires millions of years and for a universe that is merely 6K years old, that makes evolution impossible, and if evolution is impossible, then whats the only other possibility? Creation. And that means God. So lets get started with proof the earth is young a small amount of supernovas. astronomers have observed that about once every 30 years a star implodes on itself and becomes a super nova. but there are less than 300 supernovas in existence when by evolutionists logic, there should be several hundred million supernovas. even with the small portion of the universe we can see, there should be more. this is evidence that the universe is only thousands of years old, not your so-called 13.7 billion years old(1) Textbooks say red giant stars evolve into white dwarf stars over billions of years.(2) But that is incorrect because there are eqyptian hieroglyphs from 2000BC that describe the star Sirius as being red. The philosopher Cicero observed in 50 BC that Sirius was a Red star. Another philosopher named Seneca once described Sirius and being redder than mars. Ptolemy listed Sirius as being one of the 6 red stars in 150 AD. As we know, today, Sirius is a white star-binary. Evolutionists say this should take billions of years to happen.(3) Consider comets. Comets have a life expectancy of no more than 10,000 years. if the universe is 13.7 billion years old, then why can we still see comets?(4) Magnets: magnets are losing their magnetic strength. the earths magnetic field has declined 10% in the last 150 years and 40% in the last 1000 years.(5) the magnetic field ALONE limits the earths age to no more than 25,000 years. this also means that carbon dating cant work for more than a few thousand years.(6) Earths rotation: we are spinning at over 1000MPH and currently slowing down about 1/1000th of a second every day.(7) approximately, every 365 to 547 days, a “leap second” must be added because the earth is slowing down.(8) In a 6,000 year old earth, this makes perfect sense. But for an earth that is “13.7 billion” years old, the coreolis effect(9) would have made life on earth almost impossible and certainly unbearable for any life because the earth would have been spinning so very fast. Underground Oil: Natural underground oil wells can have up to 20,000 PSI worth of oil inside them, the rock that covers the oil can only hold that pressure for about 10,000 years or less. The individuals who did this study have concluded that the oil should have cracked through the rock and leaked off in less than 10K years,(10) so where did the oil come from, and why is it still under pressure? Did you know that much of the oil that’s underground came from animals and other humans that were buried under gravel, rocks, and mud from the waters of Noah’s great flood and eventually were squished into oil? Also, the fossilization or petrification process is a rather fast process. There are several pictures of this. Here is a picture of a petrified ichthyosaur IN THE MIDDLE of giving birth.(11) Here’s a picture of a petrified human foot inside a cowboy boot from approx. 1980 by one Jerry Stone employee of the Corvette Oil Company. The foot and boot are on display at the Creation Evidence Museum, in Glen Rose, Texas(12) Consider the great barrier reef off the north east coast of australia. During WWII, some of the reef was destroyed by warships. Afterward, various environmentalists studied australia’s great barrier reef for 20 years(13) and came to the conclusion that the great barrier reef is less than 4200 years old.(14) If the earth is billions of years old why isn’t australia’s reef older than that? And why isn’t there older reefs elsewhere in the world? Consider the oceans of the world. When it rains, 30% of that rainwater runs into the ocean bringing with it mineral salts and today, the oceans are a mere 3.6% salt. If the earth is billions of years old, the oceans would be much saltier.(15) Consider caves: cave guides leading tourists always say “don’t touch the formations because they take million of years to form” Wrong. Under the Lincoln Memorial in Washington D.C. there are stalactites that are 50 inches long. The Lincoln Memorial was built in 1922 and the photo was taken in the 1960’s. so stalactites do not, in fact take “millions of years”, they can take anywhere from 40 to 50 years.(16) Here is a bat covered in flow-stone before it could even rot.(17) A mine in Mt Isa, in Queensland Australia was re-opened in 1987 after 55 years of being closed and was found to have formations inside. After only 55 years. Not “billions” or even “millions”(18) At our current rate of erosion, our continents would erode flat after only 14 million years. As you can plainly see, they are not flat. Only a few thousand years’ worth of sediment is on the ocean floor today. (19) “The 1st developed systems of word writing appeared only about 5000 years ago.”(20) “The oldest language that can reasonably be reconstructed is already modern, sophisticated, and complete from an evolutionary point of view.”(21)
