Here is the information that went out in an email last night regarding cosmic bingo. I thought I would post here for those who dont check their email often. Any questions let me know! Cosmic Bingo for Xaivore is this SATURDAY!!! After several months of planning the event is finally here!!! Seats are sold out and it is going to be a packed house! Basket Raffle items are all coming together and we have plenty of raffle tickets for the 60inch TV as well as the 2 guns which were donated. Saturday at 1pm we will be setting everything up, decorating and just making sure our ducks are all in a row. I am hopeful we will be done by 3. More people we have the quicker everything will be done! The basket raffles are opening at 4pm so people not attending bingo can come support the event also. For everyone working the event please arrive by 5:15 so we can have a short meeting and everyone can be assigned their duties for the evening and we can be ready to go when doors open at 6! If you are planning on coming to help and havent already received an Xaivore Strong shirt please let Vanessa know by Friday afternoon so I can have you one . Please text me at 618-698-6907!!
