Here is the latest update in Ladys case against the inept sheriffs department. We again want to thank everyone for their support in helping Lady seek justice. Appeal process for Ladys case is moving forward. Documents filed. Transcript: The transcript for Ladys dangerous dog hearing has been ordered... over $900!! Really!! Because of everyones generosity, we have enough to pay it, but funds in Ladys account are running low... good news also is she is doing great and again, thanks to everyones generosity, her vet bills are paid in full also. Lawsuit: Sure as hell moving forward. What else... The Judiciary Board is very interested in Judge Heintz... frankly, he is an utter disgrace to the bench. And thats the nicest thing we can say about him. The Sheriffs grievance against Ladys lawyer, Matt Albert is still pending... Captain Savage ran and told on Matt for saying bad words. They are a bunch of gutless cowards and a disgrace to law enforcement. Stayed tuned, this ride is only getting started. It is only with a united front that we can get judges like Heintz off of the bench so that he cant allow another dog to be shot while protecting his buddies from the sheriffs office.
