Here is the link for a knitted purse....I used a larger loom and two strands of yarn instead of just one. If you ewrap 3 rows and then knit the bottom stitch over the other 2 it makes a really tight stitch and you dont have to line the purse....otherwise the stitches come out loose. I prefer this method but keep in mind it is hard to knit over. The center colored section is the Garter stitch...one row of knit then one row of pearl. I played around with several options and liked this the best.
