Here is why i will probably not order from TBS again!! We made an order, we received a wrong order. Instead of brown bread, we got a sandwich with white bread for a person who has a white bread intolerance.. We called, filed a complaint and they sent us another sandwich. As soon as we checked it, it was WHITE !!!!!! which is ok, mistakes happen (twice??!). But if I call, and the lady tells me sorry we have a Database outage.. puts me on MUTE! until i hang up and then I call FIVE times and hear the entire music on hold (quite annoying choices btw) till the announcement says all agents are busy... This is some serious customer service going on here!!! I just cant believe my favorite bakery just made it to my black list. CONGRATS!
