Thoughts on the judge dismissing the murder charge and her using the insanity defense? This is tragic and I wonder if the two women in MD who just killed the kids performing an exorcism will get their charges dropped as well. Living in MD, I seriously doubt that and I am shocked at what happened here. I just dont understand how claiming mental illness can get you a pass on murder, a stay in a facility, and then she will be back out on the streets once a doctor says she is better.
