Soon after we had the news letter from our EVP Mr. Mukherjee, I got a chance to be a part of a meeting being held by a verticle head with his account managers. Here are the key notes he discussed: 1. There is no change of plan going to take place. They will execute what they have planned, which is completely opposite of what we have seen in the new letter from EVP. 2. Now the question is, what exactly they have planned for? The plan is to make a proper organizational pyramid by March 2015. 3. The ratio to be maintained in an account across all unit: Con n above - 0.7% Asoc - 2% Ast - 6% ITA - 18% Below ITA - 73.3% Now, to execute this, they have to unallocate then terminate a huge number people. But on what ground. Do they have a justification? Certainly not. Is that going to target only a 2-3k odd ppeople? A school kid can tell you what will be the number. Whats exactly the reason behind TCS to react so aggressively? They still camouflaging the reason.
