Here it is the end to our(2014) BBQ season, its been almost week since weve been back from The Jack. I have had some time to reflect and take it all in. We did not get the results we wanted down in the Hollow, however, we cannot be disappointed with our overall finish because of the the tremendous success weve had throughout the year, 5 Grand championships, one of them being the 2014 American Royal Invitational Championships and 4 Reserve Grand Championships. We also received a perfect score in brisket at The Royal and two perfect scores in dessert(The Jack & Mohegan Sun) and we are currently 12th in KCBS Team of the Year!!! I am so very proud of my teammates and cannot thank them enough for doing what they do!!!! Also I would like to thank all of our sponsors for their continued support throughout the entire season, Humphreys Smokers, iGrill, Frontier Charcoal, Butcher BBQ Injections, Good Smoke BBQ and Head Country.
