Here we go again... me saying how much I completely agree with Russell Brand. Ive been torn myself on the Scottish independence thing but ultimately its not my decision as Im not Scottish. Part of me wants them to stay in the union as I have always considered myself as British and the jack would look very silly without blue in it. The rest of me sees it the same way a Brand. Devolution of power and in this case a whole nation moving away from the age old Royals and the rich cunts in the capital. The fact that smarmy slimy Cameron is flapping says to me that Scotland will in fact get the real deal. Id love to see the day when the Queen and royals are just ceremonial figures with transparent accounts like PLCs and if this is the first step then go for it Scotland. My only concern is they get independence and go the same route as Ireland, corrupt politicians who signed everything over to the EU, took the loans, and are now in a worse state because of it bar a motorway and a tram line. Complicated isnt it... where does the oil money go..? Hmm, same place its always gone I guess - rich cunts. And who will fight the wars, Scottish soldiers make up a massive proportion of the armed forces..? Well, maybe they should go neutral like Sweden and like Sweden concentrate on design, manufacturing, education and sustainable living. Or what about the RBS debt and the SHS..? How about mirroring another small nation, Iceland. Turn away from the IMF, the EU and all the banking cartels wars in the Middle East. So as much as I do like being Great Britain... were not the Britain we used to be anyway so lets see Scotland go it alone and who knows... maybe we should all move to Glasgow or Edinburgh and enjoy the fruits of freedom?
