Heres Charlie in therapy this morning. His therapists switched it up a little bit today and decided to try Charlie in the swing first thing. They gently swung him back and fourth and then left to right. He had his little smile going on and seemed to like it. Then they started swinging him in a circular motion and he threw up all over everybody:( this is him right after we got him all cleaned up and he just started smiling again. I can tell he really loves Ms. Lynn and Ms. Janet. He smiles so much when he is with them, even when throwing up. Lol. He really stays focused on their faces. Im so glad they picked him up an extra day each week so they can spend more time together. So after the throw up party, they worked on his range of motion and stretches. They were both happy with how much more loose Charlie has been lately. Before we left we all talked about teaching forms of how Charlie could be able to communicate yes and no to us. Maybe blinking for yes and turning his head away for no. So mommas homework is working on that. I wouldnt really call that work though... Im super excited about it! Im really enjoying it. I didnt think we would be doing anything like that this soon but they think he is ready:):):)
