Heres a dynamic upper body focused routine...I couldnt do any push ups for the rest of the day :) tricep extensions, db flys and press with leg raises, trx inverted rows (wide pull up and close pull up/elbows in and elbows out) ...then i did leg press, wide and close, just for the rest break...i went heavier today, reps to failure. I was short on time, but fit in 3 rounds in 20min including a 5min run. Sound good?
