Heres a good rule of thumb; if someone starts spouting off about vaccines, medicines and the harm they can have, ask them if they are a doctor, a medical researcher or if their training in medicine and sciences comes from an accredited university. If the answer is no, smack them on the head and go with what the experts are telling you. I feel like these ridiculous ideas that everyone is entitled to an opinion and that all opinions are valid is how these pseudo-science believers feel justified in seeking medical advice from friends whose only medical training comes from House and WebMD.
