Heres a good workout for today Treadmill 3 min warm up at 4.5 and 3% 30 sec sprint on 5.6-6.0 1 min walk at 4.5 45 sec sptint on 5.6-6.0 2 min walk at 4.5 1 min walk do this interval for 20 mins. Then do 30 situps 1 min plank 30 jumping jacks 1 min side plank (30 sec on each side) 20 air squats 20 oblique crunchs 20 pushups 20 walking lunges 20 scissor kicks for lower abs dont use ur neck 20 HRPU (hand release push ups) 20 rear lunges (aka dips) 3 sets of 15 bicep curls 3 sets of tricep kick backs Stretch Have an awesome day :-)
