Heres a jell-o recipe that you may like better than last nights pineapple jell-o mold! My mom has made this every Thanksgiving, and I love it. CRANBERRY MOLD SALAD 2 c. hot water 2 large pkgs. raspberry Jell-O 2 c. jellied cranberry sauce 1 qt. sour cream Prepare Jell-O according to package directions. Blend in the jellied cranberry sauce. Add sour cream and pour into a mold or a rectangle pan. In a separate bowl combine: 1 pint sour cream 2 t. vanilla 6 T. sugar 1/2 c. chopped walnuts When Jell-O mixture has been removed from mold, pour the sour cream mixture over the top. If serving directly from a pan or other serving dish, spread the topping evenly over the Jello-O. So good!
