Heres a little tip for you today...if your main reason for working out and trying to get fit is to look good for a vacation or a special event coming up, it is very unlikely that you are going to be successful in the long run. While these more superficial goals can be ok to give an extra boost in the short term, they are not enough for you to sustain that healthy lifestyle and keep the momentum going LONG TERM. In order to make changes in your life for good, and keep the weight off and live healthy FOR GOOD, you need to figure out what your real goal is - this should be something that brings a tear to your eye it is that important to you! Until you find your true WHY, youll never be willing to keep up and focus through the ups and downs on the journey to being healthy and fit
