Heres a new piece which appeared as a comment column in yesterdays edition of The Cairns Post. Its about suicide, and the effect it has on those people left behind. A lot of thought went into writing this, and before it was published I consulted two healthcare professionals who I deeply respect. One is in the UK and the other is here in Cairns. Obviously it was written in the wake of the death of Robin Williams, but its not about him. The piece which appeared in the paper was subbed down to 800 words, This is the whole article for anyone interested.
