Heres a question I have to ask If someone has a mental handicap and doesnt use all his thinking properly should they be driving a motor vehical Now try this on for size I know a person who has autism , his parents who are obviously in denial have and do encourage him to drive have in fact gotten him a permit so if you live in the Warwick R.I. area please keep your attention to driving as this person may be driving next to you. Because of this I have taken a personal approach to trying to protect my family and friends from this attrocitiy , I will not post individuals name at this time however if his parents continue on this reckless path I will make this a fully public display , I will however be checking with registry and my various political avenues to rectify this PROBLEM
