Heres a quick instructional video of the Reverse Turkish Get Up, I Love the Turkish get up and this is an awesome variation of the original for beginners when starting out with this exercise. I mention briefly at the end that you can specify and work on different points or stages of the get up that you may struggle with but overall this is a perfect exercise in full. A massive tip is to take your time and start with a super light weight or potentially no weight. Sounds crazy but Ive even got a client to hold a cup of water when doing it. Sounds mad but works well when trying to get people to take their time.
