Heres a shout out for something special this weekend… if you love seafood grab a ticket for this Sundays Collaboration Kitchen, its a fun (sometimes a little rowdy, in a good way) seafood cooking class at Catalina Offshore Products – its BYOB! And, 100% of the proceeds of this event will go to the San Diego Oceans Foundation. The chef is Scott Leysath, The Sporting Chef from TV, you might even get on camera as it will be a recorded event.
