*FOOD FOR YOUR LIFE* I got it!!! I got it!! For the past couple of days a phrase has been stuck in my head. Every morning I wake up thinking about the same thing. Today I thought this is quite repetitive. I thought when I saw the Creflo A. Dollar snippet, it pretty much summed up my thoughts. But that just isnt enough. So those that are reading this, if you allow me to elaborate I will continue. For some reason SMILE IN THE FACE OF YOUR ENEMIES is clearly spoken to me every morning. Not by any particular individual but it just lingers on my brain from the morning through out the day. And then I think about how people often call each other fake. Or that particular phrase about a person keeping it 100. Now I am not in any way objecting that at some point in our lives we do not encounter people that are not sincere in their motives as they ought to be. But I will say that just because a people may have done something to offend each other and still speak to one another does not in any means make a person fake or not keeping it 100. And I guess I am just the look at the situation from another perspective type person. I dont consider myself to be fake and I try most definitely to keep things as 100 as I can. I have experienced time and time again the taste of deceit, disappointment, betrayal, and hurt from loved ones and others I hold dear to heart. I heard once said, The bible teaches us to love our neighbors as we should also love our enemies; probably because generally they are the same people. I think this important for all of us to do. When we are wasting time hating or hating on a person (some of us literally taking the time out of our day to see how to make that person life a living hell) we are taking away from what God wants for us. We cut ourselves off and fall short of his blessings because we fail to realize God the Father will not hesitate to go into battle for his people when they are walking steadily in him. I have had mother after mother tell me that they would not hesitate to kill someone like if they thought their child was going to be killed or seriously injured by an individual. It is the exact same way with God the Father. God is our real Father, and as such, can you imagine what some of His emotional responses may be when He sees one of His own children come under any type of human or demonic attack? However, in order to be able to get God’s protection on you, there are several things you must do before God will go this far with you. Many of Gods children are getting beaten down in life.The main reason for this is that many Christians are lacking real working knowledge in the area of spiritual warfare. One things for certain we need to Plead the Blood of Jesus over our life and situations.The power of the blood of Jesus Christ is greater than both our own humanity and that of our Adversary. The power that saves is also the power that releases, delivers, and neutralizes the enemies power and the weaknesses of the flesh. There is no circumstance in life to which the blood of Jesus isn’t key to God’s releasing, protecting, resolving power. ********Whether it’s removal of confusion between peers or family members, overcoming the impact of rebellion of your children, breaking the torment of fear, or the shame of the past. ******** God says in His Word that His people will perish for having lack of knowledge. Part of our lack of knowledge is looking forward to the enemies downfall; taking pleasure in seeing wrong done to others who have done wrong to you. When I say Smile in the face of your enemies, SMILE because you KNOW you are a child of God. Smile because you truly believe NO WEAPON FORMED SHALL PROSPER I will end this with two very good verses and to let you know despite what you may feel you should do, GOD still wants us to remain humble with all of this, along with making sure that we treat all of our enemies with love, respect, and kindness. *********“Do not rejoice when your enemy falls, and do not let your heart be glad when he stumbles; lest the Lord see it, and it displeases Him, and He turn away His wrath from him.” (Proverbs 24:17) ************“If your enemy is hungry, give him bread to eat; and if he is thirsty, give him water to drink; for so you will heap coals of fire on his head, and the Lord will reward you.” (Proverbs 25:21) ****This is why God wants us to treat even our worst enemy with love, respect and kindness**** Practice Love Today. You maybe saving your own life......
