Heres a stumper; writers/authors are advised that we should be active in all the social media sites, daily and often, but we shouldnt promote our own books--ever. We should promote others. Okay, but wouldnt that be kind of similar to owning a car dealership, and instead of promoting what you have on your lot, you promote what the other dealership down the road has on his lot? And as far as being active in every social media site, would anybody have any time to do anything else, like, lets say, write another book? *Shrug*
