Heres an interesting talk about Veganism. The woman giving the talk explains it in great detail (in as much as you can in an hour). I have been vegan for almost three months now, although I admit that a couple of times I wasnt strong or confident enough to avoid the occasional difficulty in a restaurant or cafe at the beginning (in terms of dairy products). In general the transition has been easy for me. Since I opened my eyes to the manifold elements surrounding the consummation (and also wearing) of animal products such as torture, environmental effects, health benefits etc...etc....I havent looked back.
