I am in the middle of a documentary about weight gain, and nutrition and how unhealthy the world has gotten. Every single specialist says Its not our fault in one way or another and that really makes me upset. (this is only my personal opinion as someone who was at the doorway of death due to obesity at the age of 14, I understand many other people have different views and different opinions) I believe becoming 295 pounds was completely my fault. I was the one eating the food. I think that if you do something wrong, as I did, the only way to truly turn it around is to admit it. Thats the first step in most cases. Admitting you have a problem. These people are saying No, dont feel bad, it isnt your fault. I think that if you make the poor decisions I did, you need to take responsibility to turn it around. I know many people who are trying to lose weight. Hell, half of America wants to lose weight! I firmly believe every single person can do it and become healthier, but I also think that they need to admit to themselves that THEY did this and thats why THEY can and WILL turn it around. If someone else is to blame for something, I expect them to fix it, however I didnt bring my gym membership bill to McDonalds.
