Heres another reason my new manager is a douchebag...yesterday he handed me a 3 day notice because he said he didnt get rent. Now I went on the 5th and but our check in the box like weve done the last almost 5 years we have lived here and we have never been late nor had a problem with rent. I told him there is no way and it has to be there so he tells me just call John and have him check his bank. Check hasnt went through yet and he said he has plenty of $ in the bank. I told him we will just cancel check and write him a new one and he tells me just wait and he will check again. He comes today and tells me that he found other checks he had misplaced and still didnt see ours but he is sure its there and its his fault so not to worry it wont affect our rental record. Its just bullshit and annoying that its his first week and we already have bullshit problems.
