Heres my .02 on the #Redskins: Im a fan, but Im a realist. Unless Snyder sells the team or decides to FINALLY not allow marketing to come first before winning in every football decision this organization makes, we will perpetually suck. Everything that comes out of Snyders mouth hes coached on by the marketing and PR folks in the organization (whether it seems staged or not). Its all about selling jerseys and the brand first, its not about winning. And the only way it can change is to have people stop buying tickets and merch. The blind homers that keep buying season tickets and jerseys feed this shit every year. Im completely tired of it. We have a scouting department that sucks, a GM thats really a cheerleader/politician, and that translates to a shitty product on the field. Im really over it. I knew they would lay an egg yesterday because that is what they always do. They shock us once in a while and actually play a decent game, but the scene was set yesterday with a 1-8 team coming in after our bye week. tailor made for a loss. Bobby3 cant see the field, holds the ball too long, and doesnt want to REALLY take the blame for being a shitty QB. Always wants to deflect. Our depth is horrible because we have inept talent evaluators (see above). Maybe they SHOULD change the name. These arent the Redskins I remember, and they are doing the guys that did it right a disservice.
