Heres some things that I have started doing for ME lately.....Ive ditched the flour, cut back on salt, pretty much eliminated dairy and sugar from my diet (almost) Ive replaced it with lots of fresh fruits and vegetables and I feel the best I have felt in a Very long time. I have tons more energy, self esteem, Im not so depressed and moody or negative. That might sound strange to not be so negative but when you feel like crap guess what.....? how I was feeling came out of my mouth! Now I am happier, healthier and plan on making it a long term way of life. Im sure there will be moments when I indulge in these things that I gave up but they will no longer be the first things I turn to or have on a daily basis. So if you see me out and about with an ice cream cone or a slice of pizza....dont gasp and think I lied......those times will be few and far between, Im not going to be a slave to my food any longer. It will no longer control me and it will no longer be the thing I turn to when Im depressed or bored,
