Heres something that will make your day: Elliot is on his feet! Two days ago, after being rescued from the mouth of a river in Tampa, this boy was near death from aspiration pneumonia and could not even raise his head. We are so pleased with Elliots progress and incredibly grateful to folks at FVRC for being his angels. Special thanks to Mark, who has been stopping by regularly to visit with Elliot, take photos and videos, and keep us updated.
