Heres the finished product. Ingredients are: -A couple packages of Chicken hearts and gizzards. -Approximately 6 to 8 leaves of Chinese Cabbage chopped. -1 Onion sliced -4 to 6 vine ripe tomatoes chopped. -Couple tablespoons of sliced olives and 3 of liquid from the jar. -Jalapeno peppers, you choose, depending how hot you like or none at all. I put a lot... ;) -15.5 oz jar of Salsa -Small can of tomato paste. -Oregano, Garlic Powder, Paprika I put everything into a large Pyrex pan except for the tomato paste since I wasnt sure it would need it. Cooked it covered with foil at 350 for three hours total, checking and stirring every 30 minutes, adding the tomato paste after the first thirty. Last 30 cooked uncovered to help reduce the sauce. Was good just the way it is but would be good on some spaghetti squash I am sure, or cauliflower rice.
