Heres the plan folks! In Spring 2015, I plan on putting AITP, AUDI and YOU firmly in the record books with........ THE BIGGEST PARADE OF AUDIS!! The current record for the largest parade of Audi cars is 282 and was organised by Christian Strynar (DE), Georg Zimmermann (DE) and Martin Trümper (DE) in Hann. Muenden, Germany on 3 September 2005. I dont plan on us just beating this, I plan for us to smash it!!!...But I cant do it without your help! Just a few points worth noting: 1) This is not a show, there wont be show and shine etc. 2) It is not a race or a sprint. (10mph max) There are strict guidelines that Guinness Records set out. 3) The record attempt is SEPERATE from AITP7 (AITP7 takes place in Summer 2015) 4) The parade needs to take place over a 3.2km stretch. 5) Cars must be no more than 2 car lengths apart (Hence the speed limit) 6) There will probably be a fee involved in entering (This will purely be to cover the venue hire and GWR fees) 7) Before you ask....I WILL BE LEADING THE PARADE!..lol Keep watching this facebook page for updates and information as it happens.
