Heres what I detest about asshat drivers: so, Savitha just called me to let me know she was rear-ended while driving on surface streets. She drove safely and defensively while avoiding a reckless driver in a different lane, and the driver behind her was riding her ass and rear-ended her. We know this situation; happens far too often. The asshat part: they get out of the car and rear-ender guy starts attacking *her* with stupid questions! Why did you stop? (intersection was yellow before she was to enter) Crap like that, trying to deflect his guilt onto her. It doesnt matter, because in California the guy in back is at fault. But I think hes doubly at fault for being an asshat to somebody he rammed with his car and trying to put the responsibility on the person he rammed. D-bag.
