Heres whats keeping me entertained while on the road promoting Twisted Sisters: * Episodes of The Good Wife, Reign, Nashville, and The White Queen and the movie About Time (LOVED, LOVED, LOVED) on the iPad. * Edith Whartons The Age of Innocence (which Im shamefully, finally finishing after having started five years ago) and Meredith Schorrs Just Friends with Benefits on the ereader, and an advance paperback copy of Amanda Maciels YA book Tease, which is about the fallout from a bullying suicide, told from the perspective of the accused. Really enjoying all of them! Merediths book is a fun, fast read, and so relatable, Age of Innocence is a classic for good reason, and Tease is not only fascinating, but can also go in the bathtub. * FaceTime, sort of. Last night I was able to have a conversation with Fletch while he built a new workbench, so it was like being at home. The sort-of part comes in because our connection was so clear that I could see sawdust in his ears from an earlier session with the table saw. So he blew it out with compressed air while we spoke. (Yet people wonder why I hesitate to leave him on his own for too long.) I know a lot of you are snowbound, so whats keeping you entertained?
