Heres your Wednesday Workout (you can do any day). Its a five exercise barbell circuit. CAUTION: If you are new to using a barbell, please seek the assistance of a professional coach or trainer for proper use. Please select the right bar for your level of ability and load it with weight that is relatively easy for you to lift. Safety is always your first concern. Focus on proper form! Perform each exercise for 6-8 reps and move from one exercise to the next without rest. After you complete all five exercises, rest for 60-90 seconds. Repeat for 4-6 total rounds.
