Hey All, This coming Saturday the 17th, Scappoose is holding their very own Classic. The entry fee is $20 with spectator fees. All participants will receive a medal. I am unsure if we will have a coach attending this tournament but if you plan on attending please email me. If we have wrestlers that want to attend I can confirm if we will have a coach present. Coach Tim will be in Redmond attending the Classic with Chael and Jonny - Make sure to wish them luck when you see em! January 24th is the 39th Annual Art Reynolds NW Collegiate Championships. Pre-registration is mandatory at trackwrestling. There is a $20 entry fee. Gladstone Club is responsible for table help from 9:45am - 1pm. even if your child doesnt plan on wrestling please try to donate some time to help run a table and watch some fun wrestling. Here is a message from the league President: The Art Reynolds Championship on January 24th is an open style tournament that is hosted by the League (That means all League clubs). This tournament is the primary fund raiser for the NW Junior Collegiate Wrestling Association. Proceeds from this tournament are used to provide stipends to League tournament host clubs, buy and distribute flip cards to new clubs, subsidize the purchase of scales for league clubs, provide stipend scholarships for league kids and coaches attending the Western Regional Championships, maintaining our current web site and other expenses. A successful tournament is absolutely essential to the success and continuation of the League. Please step up on January 24th to help make this tournament a success for the League, your club and all who attend. If you can help run a table for an hour or so please email and let me know. Last - Monday the 19th there will be practice. Same time and enter through the front doors.
