Hey Everyone, If you werent at court today or didnt catch all the details..The defenses witness apparently showed up the trial, felt “intimidated”, and left the courtroom. He apparently heard people “yelling” his name and refused to return to the trial out of fear. (The person yelling his name was the defense attorney.) He claimed that he feared for his and his familys safety. The defense has the right to rely on the witness being there to testify, so the judge approved their request to postpone the trial. This time, the subpoena will be served to the witness and the court has said this is the last time the trial will be postponed, for whatever thats worth! If you know the witness, please do not say anything to him about the trial. But THANK YOU so much for coming today. We know how busy you all are and that you had to make special arrangements to be there and see those antics :) It means so so much to us and we cannot thank you enough for your support!!
