Hey Hey Ya! Its your gurrrllll, Chris Omni, The Health Hippie, back once again with your daily dose of DO YOU! Today is Trans4mation Tuesday. Here are four basic steps to transform the world: 1) Wake up and give thanks for another day. 2) Take a bath or a shower. This has to be one of the best videos ever captured because it shows and proves exactly what we are all about. We are one big dysFUNctional fitness family. We care about each others success and challenges. We want to see each other succeed. We laugh through the discomfort and we support the accomplishments. Tonight, we had 69 children, women and men. Every row was responsible for knowing their row family. I was responsible for knowing at least 70%; Im proud to say that I knew the names of 90% of my babies!!!
