Hey Knockout Fitters!!! Here is any awesome link I found on how lifting heavier weights while working out can benefit you. READ THE ARTICLE & the next time you go to grab a kettle bell off the shelf, really think about it. If you are one to always go after the 5 lb. weight, maybe change it up and grab a 10 lb. weight as well... or even a 15 lb. bell. Woah!
