Hey everyone! I wanted to reach out to everyone that I had contact information for (please let the rest of your team know the details anyway so the day can run without delays as much as possible). Please note this may have only been sent to one person from your team; please reach out to your other team members and let them know the below information. As you already know, the outing is Saturday, June 28th, and there are two different shotgun starts since we have almost 50 teams participating! Each team should already know which wave they are playing in (830am or 130pm). It is highly suggested that everyone be at Twin Run Golf Course at least half an hour before the scheduled start time. We do have food for participants, included in the cost of entry, and it will be served from 12pm to 230pm. So the morning wave will eat after their round and the afternoon wave will eat before their round. Each wave will have its own prizes determined independent of the other, so all of the proxy contests (longest putt, longest drive - mens and womens-, closest to the line drive and closest to the pin) and the place prizes (1st, 2nd and 3rd most likely for each) will be for each wave. There are raffle prizes also during the day where participants will purchase separate tickets if they wish; those prizes will be on display during and after lunchtime and everyone can place their tickets in the prize bucket they wish to try and win. You do not need to be present to win, so please put your names and contact information on these tickets before placing them in the buckets. When your team arrives, please have them check in at the registration table (location unknown at this point). This is going to allow our volunteers to get you your complimentary T-shirts and door prize tickets. Door prizes will be laid out during your round, so that you can simply match your ticket to the ticket on the prize and grab it. If you have not paid your entry fee then please do so at this point. Since we do have two waves, there is potential for a small delay while the morning golf carts are returning from their round and getting cleaned up and set for the afternoon wave.
