Hey everyone! In case anyone is looking for a room for next year, we have 1 available room (single large – 320 pounds-no bills included but comes to about 20 pounds per person/month). It is a nice cozy 4 bed house located 5 mins walk from Canterbury East Station and about 15-20 mins from Christchurch University - North Holmes. The room is fully furnished and situated on the ground floor of the house and come with bed, desk and chair, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The house has 2 shared bathrooms (only the upstairs one has a shower), gas central heating, fully fitted kitchen & small rear garden. Contract starts from 01/09/2013.
