Hey everyone, my three other friends and I are looking for one female roommate to fill a 5 person house. We like to keep a good balance between our academic and social lives so if youre worried about anything like that I think were managing it pretty well. Were honestly just looking to find someone that we can get along with. - 5 person house (All Girls) - 24 Southcreek Trail, just off Edinburgh Rd (South of the river) - 460$ / month + utilities - May 2015 - May 2016 lease - 2 Basement bedrooms, 3 upstairs - Backyard, deck (maintained by landlords in the spring/summer months) - Kitchen + appliances provided - 5 minute walk to Zehrs (Grocery Store) - Bus stop 2 minute walk away (Route 1A/1B) - Very well kept, recently renovated and maintained by the landlords who take an active role in insuring a clean and easygoing environment - 2 and 1/2 bathrooms (shower/tub) - washer and dryer included - quieter neighbourhood but still near other predominant student areas - very clean!!!!!! - this is a really nice house guys sorry we dont have any pictures, the landlords took down their ads/pictures last week If anyone is interested please message either me, Sydney Wildman or Sara Lindsey as we would love to meet up before Wednesday!
