Hey family / Facebook peeps got a prayer request for you. ***Prayer Request*** Zeroed in on a available room to rent right near my work. A great starter place within my budget and it has lots of stuff around it. Fully furnished and flexible lease which is crucial. As it goes with NYC apartment shopping, the landlord / tenants have multiple offers from people wanting the space. So now I have to wait to see if they like me and if I get the spot.
