Hey folks if i could have a minute of your time please.....as most of you are aware im am actively involved with the MS Therapy Centre Stirling. My mum(Nancy Malcolm) had MS and had to travel to Dundee for hyperbaric oxygen treatment, the travelling was detrimental to her condition so my Dad Derrick Malcolm) decided with a lot of help from friends and the generous people of Bridge of Allan to start fundraising in the hope of opening a centre in the the Central belt to administer hyperbaric oxygen treatment to MS sufferers in the area. After a few years of raising funds and a lot of hard work and dedication a centre was opened in Bridge of Allan in 1985.....It was moved to springkerse in Stirling years later where it is now but it is with great sadness our centre is threatened with closure due to lack of funding and volunteers. I am trying to do everything in my power to keep this valuable centre open in honour of my mums memory. I am therefore asking for your help.....if anyone could organise fundraising events no matter how big or small, I can assist with sponsor forms,collecting cans ect...or even pop a donation into us..in person,by post or online i have set up a my donate page https://mydonate.bt/fundraisers/mscentrestirling I also need volunteers at the centre especially a secretary if anyone has some time to spare..... I know this is a big ask but if everyone on my friends list done a wee bit it would go a long way to securing the future of the centre...Please help if you can and maybe share this post and spread the word.....
